Because of the curve demagnetization characteristic of the magnet steel, the magnetic loss is more serious after the temperature is over 100, and the phenomenon of internal and external magnetic slippage is easy to occur. So the field of high temperature is also limited.
NdFeB magnets are nicknamed "magnets". Why do they say so? Because the surface magnetic energy product can reach 35,000-45,000 Gs after saturated magnetization. By improving the formula of NdFeB magnets, the magnetic energy product can be further improved. The Nd-Fe-B magnet of 38SH is introduced here. It is also the most used magnet in stainless steel magnetic pump. Its maximum usage temperature is 150 degrees centigrade. With the improvement of the formula, the maximum temperature can reach 200 c. When the operating temperature reaches the limit, the demagnetization curve of Nd-Fe-B shows a collapse type, and it will fade to 0 at a temperature point instantly. It can be said that Nd-Fe-B is very sensitive to temperature. The price of Nd-Fe-B is much higher than that of ferrite, but the magnetism it can provide is beyond the reach of ferrite. Therefore, Nd-Fe-B magnetic materials will have a broader application space and market in the future.
