The price has a great advantage over other magnetic materials, but because of the limitation of the surface magnetic energy product, it can not be used in a wider range of industries. Therefore, the fluoroplastic magnetic pump or the stainless steel magnetic pump, made with ferrite magnetic steel, has a great advantage over the magnetic pump of the strong magnetic stainless steel in the price, but it is not competent when transporting high density medium. Moreover, due to the magnetic demagnetization characteristic of magnetic steel, the magnetic loss is more serious after more than 100 degrees, and the phenomenon of internal and external magnetic skidding is easy to occur. So the field of high temperature is also limited.
Nd-Fe-B magnetic steel is known as "king of magneto", why so, because it can reach 35000-45000Gs after saturated magnetization, and the magnetic energy product can be further improved by improving the formula of NdFeB magnetic steel. The Nd-Fe-B magnetic steel, grade 38SH, is also introduced here. It is also the most used magnetic steel in the stainless steel magnetic pump. Its maximum usage temperature is 150 degrees centigrade. With the improvement of the formula, the maximum temperature can reach 200 c. When the temperature reaches the limit, the demagnetization curve of NdFeB appears to be collapsing and will fade to 0 at a temperature point, which is very sensitive to the temperature. The price of Nd-Fe-B will be much higher than that of ferrite, but the magnetism that it can provide is unreachable by ferrite, so the future Nd-Fe-B magnetic material will have wider application space and market.
